Issin Japanese Restaurant

One night we stopped by Issin Japanese Restaurant because we were so hungry at Westin Resort Guam after some event preparation.

Staff there were very nice and kind. They accommodated our wants that night.

Everybody ordered whatever they wanted to eat, so we didn't use the teppanyaki grill at the table. This was cooked in the kitchen but it was still good, according to my friend.

Sushi was must dish to order here.

Issin's Sushi are small amount of rice with fresh fish such as Tuna, Salmon, Octopus, Shrimp, Shell Fish, scallop and etc. Because of not too much rice, we could enjoy every sushi on the plate. Yummy.

This was not on the menu but they made for us, Chicken Teriyaki dish.

Thank you, Chef! The girl who requested was so happy!

This was Seaweed Salad that my daughter ordered. She's never had Seaweed Salad before like this. This had three different kinds of Seaweed. She really enjoyed even yellow flower. LOL.

Sashimi Plate. Octopus, Tuna, sweet shrimp, Squid, Red Shell Fish, and Scallop. Delicious!

This was Seafood Salad that I ordered. I had so much seafood there that night. This was really good. I would ordered it again on next visit.

This was Fried Squid Legs. Crispy on the outside and soft inside. I ate most of it.

Some people don't like Natto but I love it. This is one of my favorite dish. I order this every Japanese restaurant if I have a chance.

I wasn't planning to eat white rice but when this showed up, I asked a waiter to bring me a small bowl of white rice. I felt like I was in Japan for a moment. Yummy Yummy.
