Ipan Beach Park

Ipan Beach Park is one of public parks and Historic Preservation  located in the village of Talofofo on the east coast of Guam.

From Tumon Hotel road, for example from Guam Reef Hotel, take the road going to Micronesia Mall on Route 16, pass the Micronesia Mall then keep driving toward south side. After you pass the Guam National Guard Readiness Center on the left hand side, turn left on the second traffic light and get on the route 10. (Around this traffic light, there is Shell Gas Station and 76 Gas Station. And right next to Shell there is Crown Bakery, my favorite bakery)

You drive down all the way end of route 10. Turn left again at the traffic light connected to Route 4. You across the Pago River and just keep driving..

It is after Jeff's Pirates Cove, it's almost across from Perez Heights.
It is a popular location for family barbecues and parties.

There are many concrete picnic tables & chairs like this picture above.

When we visited there are few cars parked and I hardly saw people at the ocean. My husband said that it's very quiet on week days and you will see lots of local people enjoy at this park on weekend BBQing.

So if you visit on week days, it would not be so crowded at all.

Ipan Beach Park is good to visit especially on weekdays.

Sandy area continues almost all the way till First Beach.
And also have plenty shady area.
