The Guam Hotels
that I like the most

There are many Guam Hotels but I like to stay at these hotels because even after I have settled in Guam, sometime we enjoy staying at a hotel. It's like a mini Guam vacation. The beach, palm trees, and the sound of the ocean…
those are priceless refreshment tools for myself.
Just falling a sleep on the beach under a palm tree in the afternoon gives me energy for the next day.
A sunset BBQ and the smell of the trade winds from the sea relax me completely.

So it must be obvious that the hotels I enjoy staying at are on the beach.

And here are my top 4….

Guam Reef Hotel

Guam Reef & Olive Spa Resort is located in heart of Tumon.

It close to all most everything, DFS, Tumon Sands Plaza, The Plaza, Tarza Water Park, Sling Shot, Sand Castle and many restaurants in Tumon.

It's 3-star level. Hotel Building is a little bit old but they cover with variety of amenities such as a water dispenser in every room and Free WIFI to use in the room and lobby.
Depending on the room type, some rooms include a set of instant coffee. If you choose Suite Room it includes Keurig Coffee set.
Bed is just right to have a good night sleep for me.
24 hours English and Japanese speaking service is provided as well.
They have a Korean Speaker and Russian speaker staff at Front Desk but not 24 hour speaking service available yet.
There is only 1 pool at hotel that is for only hotel guest use.
The view from lobby and pool is awesome.
And there is beach club called "Infinity Beach Club" you rents umbrella, chairs, snorkeling gears at small cost for 2 hours and one day use. Outside people can use Infinity Beach Club with Outside guest price.

Hilton Guam Resort & Spa
The Hilton Guam Resort & Spa has been very good to us.
The Pool area has a lot of space to relax and play.
There is a water basketball and volleyball you can play
with other guests which is a great way to meet a new friend.
My daughter enjoys the water slide and I enjoy the Jacuzzi,
which over looks Tumon bay.
This is also the place that my husband now, asked me out on our first date under the moonlight by the ocean.
I still remember how romantic that night was.

Outrigger Guam Resort & Spa

This hotel location is perfect for who loves shopping,
because it is in front of DFS but not just DFS.
It is in a heart of the Pleasure Island District of Tumon.
It is walking distance to Underwater World, Sand Castle
(Super Illusion and dynamic acrobats), and many local bars such as
Bullies and Hard Rock Café.
Tumon Sans Plaza that has Cattier, Tiffany and Rolex store is also close by.
The Hotel is also on the beach, every time we go to the beach side,
my daughter wants to stay all day long. They have a great buffet on the weekend also.

Onward Beach Resort

This hotel is a very good hotel for families with children.
We like to stay in their Tower room because it includes breakfast and dinner
already in the room price.
Their water park has a big river pool, slides, and a pool that make waves for body boarding.
The park is not too big or too small.
Access to the water park is included in the room price as well.

I know that some celebrities like to stay Hyatt Regency Hotel.
I saw the famous Filipino Pop singer, Martin Nievera used Hyatt Regency Hotel
when he came to have a charity concert on Guam in November 2010.

And I heard a DJ of K57 Radio Station saying on his talk show,
"You've got to go to Westin Resort Hotel and try their
Wonder Bed! I didn't want to wake up, because it was so comfortable!!"

I haven't stayed these hotels yet but I am very interested. How about you? Tell us about your favorite.
